Prepare the Container:

    • If using a DIY approach, drill or punch holes around the sides of the container for air circulation. This is crucial for the health of the worms.

Prepare Bedding:

    • Create a cozy environment for the worms by layering the bottom of the container with bedding material. Suitable bedding includes shredded newspaper dry leaves, cardboard, or coconut coir. Moisten the bedding slightly with water to make it damp but not soaking wet.

 Add Organic Waste:

    • Collect kitchen scraps such as fruit and vegetable peels, coffee grounds, tea bags, and crushed eggshells. Avoid dairy products, meat, and oily foods as these can attract pests and produce odors.

Introduce the Worms:
